Following unjust military invasion and terrorist attacks of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, war crimes committed against humanity by the Russian army as well as Russia’s continuous violation of numerous human rights, international laws, conventions and rules of combat, Falkerin (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. unilaterally cancels all corporate recruitment services agreements, business relationships and will not pursue any corporate ventures with Russian controlled Luxembourg based entities linked to sanctioned Russian oligarchs with ties to the Russian Federation, President Vladimir PUTIN, Russian government officials, businessmen and Russian organisations and/or any other company with any on-going relationship with sanctioned Russian oligarchs or with track record of supporting current regime of the Russian Federation. This comes into effect immediately as of March 1st, 2022.
