Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration support to the Group’s Luxembourg based Funds
  • Bookkeeping and the accounting of the Group’s Luxembourg based Funds including subsidiaries
  • Convene and hold general Shareholder meetings upon instructions of the Management
  • Prepare annual and semi-annual Investors capital account statements
  • Preparation of regulatory reports and periodic financial statements, including consolidated documents;
  • Handle the recording and publication of corporate documents as required by law
  • In charge of tax filings and other tax processing required by law
  • Handle communication with and reporting to Shareholders and regulatory authorities
  • Co-operate with the other service providers and the auditor of the Company in their performance of their respective duties
  • Manage client request with necessary care and assure high quality and quick response
  • Provide other administrative services as may further be requested from time to time by the Management
  • Maintenance of the company database
  • Preparation of CSSF and BCL reporting

Requirements:

  • In-Depths knowledge of accounting mainly LUX-GAAP with consolidation experience
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg fund market, fund accounting and evaluation
  • Previous exposure tax accounting in Luxembourg
  • Excellent Communication and coordination skills
  • Stress resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Good self organization, able to work with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of accounting systems preferably
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and French, Knowledge of Italian/Spanish would be an asset
