- Manage client companies and coordinates legal, administrative and banking activities for client companies
- Fully understand the clients activities and make sure that any action taken is consistent with the client companies activities and purposes within the legal and economic framework of the company
- Obtain additional work from clients as well as referrals to new clients
- Be the main contact person for clients
- Coordinate issues concerning taxes, administration and banking of client companies with the Client Accountant
- Supervise, coordinate, administer and control the work of the assistants with the office manager, the processing of documentation and distribution of work and ultimately responsible for the quality of the client files
- Economic or law education at University level
- Fluent in English and French language, both written and spoken
- German proficiency and track-record working in a trust company or experience as auditor
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Good organizational skills as well as proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
- Commercial, service minded and dynamic attitude, responsible, reliable and team spirit
