- Recording accounting transactions in the accounting software and preparing bank reconciliations
- Filling and archiving of documents including organizing paper and electronic files for the assigned portfolio of investments
- Year-end accounting operations including posting adjusting journals, provisions, etc.
- Preparing the quarterly consolidated reporting packs including balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statements, notes, cash and portfolio reconciliations, loan schedules, supporting schedules, etc.
- Preparing the annual accounts under Lux GAAP
- Preparing the electronic filing (eCDFs)
- Preparing and filing of VAT and tax returns
- Payments handling and processing
- Providing support to the auditors during our periodic audits
- Fluent in English, other languages – especially German, Dutch, Spanish and French considered an assetBusiness or accounting degree or equivalent based on experience
- First experience in a fiduciary, PE/RE environment, audit being strong plus
- Flexible, focused on quality, hard-working and organized individual
- Ability to prioritize tasks, understanding and commitment to reporting deadlines
- Knowledge of BOB50, Sage or Microsoft AX Dynamics is beneficial
