Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the CEO/CFO in all aspects of their work
  • Acting on behalf of the directors and liaising with different Managers of the organization
  • Contacting with internal and external clients
  • Assisting in organizing and maintaining diaries, board pack preparation, minute taking, follow-up and debriefing
  • Handling incoming communication
  • Arranging travels and business meetings
  • Supporting in creating reports and high quality presentations

Requirements:

  • +5 years of relevant experience (working with board members)
  • University degree or academic ability
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Proficiency in MS Office (excellent level in PowerPoint, Excel and new technologies
  • Proactive actitute, stress resistance and high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent manners and presentation
