- Administration and NAV calculation of Real Estate Investment Funds, including day-to-day accounting of the Luxembourg vehicles
- Ensure compliance with processes in place
- Review and validation of Luxembourg companies’ accounts
- Ensure the technical correctness of consolidation reporting packages received from local accounting providers(financial controlling)
- Perform consolidation under Lux GAAP, IFRS
- Prepare quarterly reporting and annual consolidated accounts
- Liaise with third parties (external auditors, banks, …)
- Cash management
- Manage and coach one to two accountants
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
- Ideally previous experience working for a Big4 or Real Estate Investment Company in Luxembourg
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, Lux GAAP
- Fluency in English, German and /or French
- Experience with financial controlling
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fast learner, dynamic and autonomous
- Excellent analytical skills with particular attention to details
- Rigorous, organized and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
