Corporate Officer (Ref.# LCL601) – OPEN

Responsibilities:

  • Managing autonomously your own portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis in the areas of Private Equity, Credit and Real Estate)
  • Preparing board and shareholders´ meetings
  • Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents
  • Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings
  • Providing ongoing legal services to your client portfolio
  • Liaising with notaries and international law firms
  • Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg
  • Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)

Requirements:

  • You have at least 5 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer / Legal Assistant or in a similar position in Luxembourg
  • You have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law
  • Your style of working is characterised by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality
  • You demonstrate analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication skills
  • You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • You are fluent in English and ideally in German
