- Manage annual budgets as well as cash flows and investor reports
- Supervise all accounting and consolidation work for dedicated investments
- Manage Accounting and Finance team and their respective duties
- In charge of accounting and consolidation
- Responsible for annual audit process
- Coordinate fall statutory filing and reporting requirements
- Work alongside with the Management in developing strategy
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Act as the lead speaking partner with finance and tax advisors
- Responsible for due diligence and transaction structuring
- In charge of reviewing financial documents
- University degree in accountancy or finance
- +5 years of experience working accounting ideally in a Real Estate Investments
- At least 3 years of experience in consolidation
- Track record of supervising more junior staff
- Ideally previous experience working for at Big 4
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good understanding of business drivers associated with the sector in question
- Capable of meeting deadlines and efficient
- Knowledge of Luxembourg real estate fund industry is a plus
- IT literate with solid knowledge of Excel and Yardi software
