Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Preparation of monthly reporting
  • Liaising with services providers on the preparation of statutory financial information (Lux companies)
  • Organization of the consolidation process, review of the financial statements, redaction of the management report
  • Leading a team of accountants
  • Internal cross-functional liaison and external representative for the business
  • Oversight of a full investment life-cycle
  • Transactions management such as capital, debt payments, distributions, liquidity
  • Reporting including financial statements, investor reports, forecasts, escalation, financial analysis of investments
  • Compliance oversight, including external and internal liaison for tax advisors and auditors
  • Cash management, cash flows streams and preparation of liquidity plan
  • Oversight of the tax issues
  • Participation to the elaboration of business presentations for investors
  • Preparation of presentations for the boards and investors
  • Reporting to the CSSF
  • Participation to analyses required from the senior management

Requirements:

  • University degree and +5 years of professional experience in Real Estate Investment sector
  • Autonomous, organized, accurate with excellent communication skills
  • Strong cross border transactions and tax planning experience
  • Significant management/leadership experience and
  • Have excellent knowledge of IFRS, with preferably ACCA or equivalent, and related degree
  • Excellent Excel knowledge
  • Fluency in English. German and/or French proficiency would be considered as an asset
  • Positive, hands-on, team player and success driven
