- Deliver a top-class service to our clients
- Direct contact with clients, intermediaries and other service providers
- Perform bookings (bank, suppliers, interest etc.) under IFRS and LUX GAAP
- Preparation and handling of payment instructions
- Organize and handle regulatory filings (RCS etc.)
- Responsible for the accounting file
- Prepare periodic reporting for clients
- Prepare and filing regulatory reports to the Central Bank
- Follow up of client requests
- Preparation of accounting related documentation (interest certificates, audit confirmations, residency certificates etc.).
- BAC 3 in accounting with at least 1-3 year experience in accounting
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Eye for detail
- Deadline oriented
- Business focus
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure
