IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Ref.RJL101) – OPEN

Currently we are is looking for a dynamic IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team working on remote basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and exceptional IT talents
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Manage job posting and advertisement processes
  • Drive all recruiting programs and source top talent to build short and long-term candidate pipelines
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates
  • Preparation of interview questions, hiring and selection materials, manage the interview processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or other related field
  • Two to five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Proactive and independent skill set with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Exceptional personality and willingness to have fun while working hard
  • Fluent in English (is a must)
