Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of the administration of funds, management companies and associated fund structures
  • Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of agendas, collation and
  • distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability and drafting minutes for routine meetings
  • Undertake routine office and clerical tasks where necessary
  • Prepare and track payment instructions to settle expenses
  • Assist with various filings in RCS
  • Maintain accurate investor records in Investran and process investor changes
  • Assist in the processing of routine fund operations, including investor capital calls and distributions
  • Attend client meetings in respect of administration matters as required
  • Daily time recording
  • Monitor own pending tasks
  • Organize and prioritize own workflow with help of line manager
  • Deal with matters in a timely manner
  • Give feedback regularly to your senior and line manager on progress of work

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration (Bachelor or Master degree)
  • Between 0 - 2 years' experience
  • An awareness and understanding of current industry
  • Basic technical knowledge (relevant in-house training to be provided)Skills and Abilities
  • English oral and written skills are required, German and/ or French would be considered as an advantage
  • Computer literacy skills are essential
  • Good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
