Responsibilities:
- General accounting, closing entries and review of Junior Accountant work
- Preparation and finalisation of annual accounts
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Managing all relevant correspondence addressed to the platform structures
- Liaise with the corporate officers for the preparation of the annual accounts in accordance with the laws of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, assist throughout the external audit of such accounts
- Prepare, review and file tax returns, including but not limited to returns for corporation tax, social
- security contributions and VAT
- Assist the Account Manager in the preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statements
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, other languages – especially German, Spanish, Dutch and French – considered an asset
- 3-5 years of prior experience in a fiduciary, PE/RE environment (and potentially prior audit experience)
- Business or accounting degree or equivalent based on experience
- Part-or full qualification (ACCA/ACA) strong asset
- Flexible, hard-working and organised
