Responsibilities:
- This role is for an experienced individual to provide high quality of director services to a portfolio of Luxembourg alternative investment structures
- The individual will also be a member of the Luxembourg leadership team with opportunity to provide support to certain strategic initiatives and projects
- The successful candidate must have a considerable experience of acting as a director on similar structures
- Reports to Jurisdictional Head of Corporate Services
- Acting as a director on a portfolio of Luxembourg vehicles (GPs, holding companies, SPVs etc.)
- Provide good governance to our clients’ structures
- A-Signatory on key processes such as capital calls, distributions, investments, and day-to-day cash payment transactions
- Provide insight and knowledge to our teams and clients
- Develop strong relationships with our teams and clients
- Act as a high authority on day-to-day queries and authorised signatory
- Partner closely with peers across the Group to strengthen cross jurisdictional relationships with colleagues and mutual clients
- Support the business development programme by proactively developing client and intermediary relationships
- Contributing to client development opportunities
- Participate in new client proposals and pitches as necessary
- Active contribution to other local and Group wide strategic initiatives and objectives
- Horizon scanning for new trends that may provide threats or opportunities
- Deliver effective leadership in accordance with Group's values
- Contribute towards the business as a whole, for instance, in identifying improvements in policies and procedures that apply across the business
- Ensuring appropriate information and best practice is shared between designated client services teams
- Acting as a director on a portfolio of Luxembourg vehicles (GPs, holding companies, SPVs etc.)
- Senior member of the Corporate Services team
Requirements:
- Business Administration and/or Legal Degree
- 10 years of experience in the field
- You’ll have considerable financial services knowledge and be well-versed in alternative funds industry
- Experienced Manager, specialising in the alternative investment / financial services industry
- Strong technical knowledge, understanding the services being provided and the underlying structures
- Excellent relationship builder: build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and intermediaries alike – collaboration is key in this role
- You have the skills and desire to deliver exceptional client service
- You use strong organisational abilities to meet deadlines, organise, prioritise and allocate resources as needed
- Your excellent attention to detail ensures your leaders naturally follow suit, adhering to policies, procedures and complex regulatory requirements without fail
- Commercially driven - to identify new opportunities for growth, and, partner with colleagues and clients to bring these to life
- Demonstrate strong risk management and governance capabilities
- Very high level of integrity and dependability
- Excellent spoken and written English language is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
